Couples Therapy

Relationships can feel tough at times. You might be stuck in the same arguments, feeling disconnected, or struggling to understand each other. Couples therapy offers a safe space to slow things down and look at what’s really going on between you.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and trauma-informed.

I work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or move out of unhelpful patterns. You don’t need to be at breaking point — sometimes it’s about wanting things to feel calmer, closer, or more supportive. We focus on understanding patterns rather than blaming, helping both partners feel heard and respected. I work with couples from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ couples.
