How long is a session?
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. This allows enough time to explore your concerns in depth while ensuring the session is focused and productive.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, focusing on specific challenges, while others prefer longer-term support for ongoing growth. We’ll discuss your goals during the first session and create a plan that works best for you.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy is a valuable tool for anyone looking to better understand themselves, work through challenges, or create positive change in their life. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about personal growth, therapy can provide a safe space to explore your feelings and develop practical strategies to move forward.
What is your approach to therapy?
I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, develop coping strategies, and help you move toward healing and growth at your own pace.

Shazia is the founder and sole therapist at Circle Tree Therapy, she is dedicated to all her clients and you will work directly with her.
Can I cancel my session?
Sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hrs in advance, bookings after this time will be billed in full.
Will my therapist treat what I say as confidential?
All sessions are confidential subject to the constraints of English law and ethical practice. Your therapist has a legal duty to report anything to do with terrorism or acts of terror.
If you were to disclose matters involving a serious/life-threatening risk of harm to self or others, in particular where a minor is involved it would have to be acted on. In the case of this situation, where possible, your therapist would not break confidence without your prior knowledge and ideally, consent.
How do I pay?
All payments must be made by direct bank transfer in UK pounds. The bank details will be shared once the first session has been booked. Payment for each session must be made no later than 12 hrs before the session starts.
